Ex-RAF S1076 (RAF serial given on CAA documentation as constructors number; correct constructors number was F814). First civil registered (C of A 1086/C of R 1332) 18.1.1927 as G-EBPZ to the Air Council, and leased to North Sea Aerial & General Transport Ltd.

Written off 12.3.1927: On take off from Lake Victoria off Kisumu, Kenya,(en route to Khartoum, and thence ultimately to the UK) one float was sheared off and the aircraft sank. Nobody was injured. Registration G-EBPZ cancelled 30.4.1927 due to "destruction or permanent withdrawal from use of aircraft"
