Narrative:PROBABLE CAUSE:MANUFACTURER'S INADEQUATE EQUIPMENT DESIGN TO PREVENT A FUEL LEAK WHICH RESULTED IN AN IN-FLIGHT FIRE. A FACTOR RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE LACK OF A SUITABLE FORCED LANDING AREA.
