Narrative:COMMENTS: This helicopter Institute of Aeronautics, was, whilst flying with another Bell 47G-2A (YV-C-CPL with Chap. Lanz and another person on board) when it ditched into Lake Maracaibo, in Estado Zulia, Venezuela. The aircraft had a malfunction and crashed
The crew of YV-C-CPQ were Cap. Jesus Paez (injured), and (1) other person on board (uninjured).
