Narrative:It had been planned to fly with 2 passengers but a third arrived unannounced. Rotor speed drooped shortly after takeoff and the helicopter had forced down near the highway junction Prgomet. After having touched the ground the helicopter rolled over onto its side. The pilot and three passengers were not injured and the helicopter was destroyed.
The investigation identified the following interrelated causes:
- Pilot misjudgement of the performance of the helicopter, which led to
- Overloading the helicopter, which is why there was a
- Decrease in NR
