Narrative:Crashed during training flight after pilot error near Oława, 18 km NW of Brzeg Air Base. Instructor pilot Captain Viktor Mikhailovich Grinik and Lt Anatoly Olegovich Zigolenko ejected too late and died from hitting the ground.
