Shot down whilst low flying, during the First American Air Commando helicopter assault of the Vietnam War (top secret operation "Buon Enao Project "), when the Aircraft was hit it went straight up fell off one wing then spiraled to the ground with the engine on fire 'Forward Air Control' (Ravens)
