The aircraft departed controlled flight shortly after takeoff in gusting wind conditions at Pacific Haven Airport (YPAC), Pacific Haven, Queensland. The airplane sustained substantial damage upon impact with a residential structure and terrain and the sole pilot onboard received minor injuries.
