Narrative:Crashed into tree while attempting to land on Highway 3 (Sukhumvit) at km 293-294. Four killed. The name of VNAF pilots were:
1) Major (Th/tá) Mai Tiến Đạt (the 538 Fighter Squadron/Hồng Tiễn at Da Nang/Đà Nẵng AFB).
2) Major (Th/tá) Ngô văn Trung, Class 63A US Navy training A-1 at Pensacola, FL. Training F-5 in AZ, in 1971.
3) Major (Th/tá) Nguyễn Đức Toàn and Captain (Đ/úy) Lê Thiện Hữu.
