Narrative:A Republic Of China Navy Sikorsky S-70C(M)-1 Thunderhawk crashed under unknown circumstances at Kaohsiung Zuoying Naval Base. All four crew members were injured, some seriously. As a result of the crash, the helicopter caught fire.
