Narrative:
The pilot experienced engine problems and decided to make an emergency landing on a road. The aircraft veered off and sustained significant damage. The two people on board were not injured.

Inappropriate decision to make an emergency landing.

✓ Lack of pilot training on twin engine aircraft emergency procedures ;
