Narrative:
A MINUSMA Mi-8MTV-1, operated by Aviation Company Ukrainian Helicopters, overturned by strong winds after landing in Gao, Mali.
The helicopter was caught in a dust storm and overturned to the left side. Two helicopter passengers were seriously injured during the evacuation.

Causes.
Most likely, the Mi-8 MTV-1 UR-HLH helicopter overturned as a result of taxiing in strong winds, the speed of which exceeded the limits set by the AFM.
Two passengers sustained serious injuries as a result of the inability to provide effective evacuation.
Related factors:
1 Landing in the midst of an approaching dust/sandstorm.
2 Lack of information from the ATC on the actual wind speed, including gusts, during taxiing.
3 The ATC does not have procedures for crew actions during taxiing in the event of a dust/sandstorm.
4 The weather forecasts for Gao airfield were not justified in terms of wind speed, visibility, and the lack of information about a dust/sandstorm in the forecast.
