Conclusion
The aviation accident involving the Mi-8T RA-24474 helicopter occurred during the day under visual meteorological conditions while landing on a site chosen from the air. The accident resulted from a collision between the aircraft's tail boom and tail rotor with a reinforced concrete power line support and the subsequent collision of the helicopter with the ground.

Contributing factors included:
- Choosing a landing site without considering a safe distance to obstacles;
- Failing to account for the influence of a gusty tailwind;
- Unwarranted execution of a turn while hovering before landing;
- Uncontrolled lateral movement of the helicopter before landing;
- Insufficient caution by the pilot-in-command during landing;
