Narrative:
Phoenix Wings PW One UAV: Severely damaged 24 March 2024 when crashed at Rugby, Warwickshire. After take-off, a stall occurred and the drone crashed to the ground. The incident was investigated by the German BFU, and the following is a rough translation from German into English of the BFU Report (see link #1 for the original German text):

"Event: Accident without injuries
Date, Time: 03/21/2024, 02:57:00 PM (local)
City, State: Rugby, United Kingdom
Damage to airframe: Severely damaged
Source: Investigation by foreign authority File number: BFU24-0176-DX
After take-off, there was a stall and the drone crashed to the ground. The BFU supports the investigation because the aircraft was designed/manufactured in Germany.
