Narrative:
A Van's RV-12iS was performing touch and go's and crashed when landing at runway 15 at Scappoose Airport (SPB/KSPB), Scappoose, Oregon.
The sole pilot suffered injuries and was taken to hospital and the aircraft received substantial damage.
