Narrative:The aircraft, a Cessna 140, N3043S, sustained substantial damage subsequent to the noseover during a forced landing to rough open field terrain following an inflight fuel mismanagement event over Albany County near Windy Ridge Road northwest of Harmony, Wyoming.
