Narrative:THE PILOT HAD BEEN CLEARED FOR AN INSTRUMENT APPROACH TO THEMENA, ARKANSAS INTERMOUNTAIN REGIONAL AIRPORT. THE AIRPLANE IMPACTED A MOUNTAIN SIDE 8 1/2 MILES OFF COURSE.
