Narrative:Aircraft crashed 15 kms from its take-off airfield in Senica. Unofficial version told, that the aircraft stroke a wind turbine near the village of Cerová which is situated in Malé Karpaty mountain range (SW Slovakia) and crashed into small forrest. This was seemingly caused by the canopy opening in flight causing loss-of-conrol of the aircraft. Two people on board, died on the scene.
Note accidents with a similar cause, mentioned in the DSB report also occurred to OM-PPL (19Jun14), (F) 68-US (Fatal - 17May17) and OE-7136 (Fatal - 14Jun18)
