Narrative:DURING LANDING THE LEFT WING STRUCK A BYSTANDER WHO WANDERED ONTO THE EDGE OF THE ASPHALT OVERRUN TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE LANDING. THERE IS A CAUTION SIGN POSTED ON THE NORTH ACCESS ROAD OF THE RUNWAY.
